AD Splicer error "he file has format '%%% Splicer control file format 12.0.A"

If you face below error while running adsplice to create a new custom top.

AD Splicer error:
Incorrect format of file:

/opt/oracle/TEST/fs2/EBSapps/appl/admin/newprods.txt

'he file has format '%%% Splicer control file format 12.0.A
and this version of AD Splicer requires format '%%% Splicer control file format 12.0.A'

You should check the file
/opt/oracle/TEST/fs2/EBSapps/appl/admin/PROD/log/24022016.log

for errors.

Solution:
Edit the text files newprods.txt, izuprod.txt, izuterr.txt in Linux. Don't edit text files in Windows. 

Retest the issue.
