Start Oracle Listener Manullay

cd u02/oracle/PROD/db/tech_st/11.2.3/appsutil/scripts/styler_erpdbtest

./addlnctl start <Sid Name>

This will resolve below mentioned issues

• ORA-12541 TNS: no listener
• The listener supports no services
• If the listener pointing towards wrong sid in multiple instances enviornment
