Soluiton:

From the patch file system stop Admin Server and Node Manager

Set Patch FS
cd $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
sh adadminsrvctl.sh stop forcepatchfs
sh adnodemgrctl.sh stop forcepatchfs
Retry
